This Maintenance Booster class is only for people who have participated in the Fasting Weight Management Program.

Understand and experience the powerful effects of visualization for stress reduction as well as success.

Todays Booster class is with Lizzy Myers, at 5 to 6:30 pm at the Positive Choice Integrative Wellness Center, 5893 Copley Drive, San Diego, CA 92111.
