Simple Yoga

Practice gentle poses and deep breathing/meditation while stimulating your muscles to increase strength and flexibility. Simple Yoga uses modified poses with the aid of a chair.
Monday or Wednesday- 9:30-10:30 am at the Garfield Specialty Center, 6th floor Gym

Senior Strength

Especially designed for Seniors this class combines cardio, strength training, and modified Yoga.
Monday or Wednesday- 11:15-12:15pm at the Garfield Specialty Center, 6th floor Gym

Fee: 8 sessions/$100

MASK required and 6 ft distancing.
