In this multi -session program you will learn how anxiety gets triggered and how to manage those triggers. You will learn and begin to practice different techniques for training your body to relax and manage anxiety and panic attacks. Available on-line and in-person.

In this multi -session program you will identify the thought patterns and emotions that are your stress triggers. You will learn and begin to practice different techniques for training your body to relax and let go of stress. Available on-line and in-person.

Self-awareness is a powerful way to maintain mind-body health. You will discover how your body, mind, and health are connected and begin to identify the causes of stress in your life. You’ll learn basic coping skills that will help you manage the stress in your life and minimize its effect on your health
