March 6th 6-7pm Carmel A. Loving the Body You Are In Learn ways to see your body in a more positive light.  This work shop will focus on finding ways to strengthen your body image and help you embrace the body you are in!
March 13th 5:30-6:30pm Nicholas S. Introduction to Plant-Based Eating Series What does it really mean to eat plant-based? Learnhow plant based eating style came to be, what it is, and common misunderstandings.
March 14th 1-2pm Lizzy K. (Elizabeth)  The Energy Gap Does it ever feel as if your body is working against you?  Come learn about the biology of weight loss and tips to long term success.
March 15th 9-10am Janet K. What’s On Your Mind? Learn the dangers of mindlessly going through your day. Learn about the benefits of staying present and mindful in the moment and how that benefits your long-term maintenance routine.
March 15th 6-7pm Katharine K. Getting to Know Your Gut Learn how your digestion system works and what you can do to take good care of your gut!
March 16th 4-5pm Ali C. (Alison) Booster Support Group Sharing, support, and tips for after meal replacements.
March 20th 5-6pm Carissa F. Label Reading Refresh What do all those numbers on the side of the box mean? Come get a refresher on how to read nutrition labels and what to look for to meet your health goals.
March 27th 9-10am Melanie P. Effects of Exercise on Blood Sugars and Insulin Sensitivity Whether you are struggling with rising blood sugar levels or you just want to avoid developing diabetes, learn how exercise can lower blood sugars and increases insulin sensitivity. Melanie Perkins, MS will explain the mechanics of how exercise and movement effects blood sugars and the types of exercise that will increase insulin sensitivity.

March 29th 2:30-3:30pm Jesus J. Sweat it Out with Jesus Log-on ready to move and feel good!  Discuss the benefits of consistent exercise and how to work more movement into your days.  This class will include an upbeat workout, Jesus’s specialty!

April 11th 1-2pm Lizzy K. SELF-Care This class will discuss the importance of self-care, stress resilience and mindfulness practices.
April 17th 5-6pm Carissa F. Positive Self Talk and Motivation Are you your own best cheerleader, or your own worst critic? The way we talk to ourselves matters. In this session, we’ll talk about practical tools for positive self-talk and staying motivated
April 19th 9-10am Janet K. Eating by Habit or by Physical Need? Examine and the differences between psychological and physiological hunger.
April 19th 6-7pm Katharine K. Meditation and Pranayama This class will focus on practicing meditation and breath work techniques to help calm body and mind.

May 25th 5:00pm Vicki P. Nutrition Strategeis for Lowering Inflammation The consequences of an inflamed and damaged gut can be devastating. Learn about gut health, why it is important, and what can happen when your gut becomes inflamed. Learn strategies to improve gut health, how to clean up your environment and more.
May 31st 2:30-3:30pm Jesus J. Strength Training and Aging Loosing muscular strength as we age is not just a muscle issue but a nerve issue as well. Jesus teaches you why strength training is MORE important for mature individuals before leading you through a safe basic exercise split to get you started. *This class has a movement component so please wear comfortable athletic clothes and have at least 1 set of 5lbs weights. Mats and cushions are optional but HELPFUL.
