Monday November 20th 5-6pm Carissa F. Gratitude Gratitude teaches us how to appreciate both the rainbow and the storm. The benefits of practicing gratitude are nearly endless. People who regularly practice gratitude by taking time to notice and reflect upon things they are thankful for experience more positivity, feel more alive, and have stronger immune systems. Learn simple strategies from Carissa Fish MS that will help you begin the art of practicing gratitude.
Monday November 13th 5:30-6:30pm Nicholas S. Plant-Based Eating Series: Part 1- Introduction What does it really mean to eat plant-based? Part 1 of this series will cover how plant based eating style came to be, what it is, and common misunderstandings.  This session has been updated with new information!

Our environment and the things in it are either helping us grow or have us staying the same. This class will teach people how to create an environment that will help them thrive and improve health whether at home, work, or somewhere else.
Thursday March 28th 6-7pm Vicki P. Nutrition Strategies for Lowering Inflammation The consequences of an inflamed and damaged gut can be devastating. Learn about gut health, why it is important, and what can happen when your gut becomes inflamed. Learn strategies to improve gut health, how to clean up your environment and mood.

Tuesday April 16th 5-6pm Jesus J. Strength Training and Aging Loosing muscular strength as we age is not just a muscle issue but a nerve issue as well. Jesus teaches you why strength training is MORE important for mature individuals before leading you through a safe basic exercise split to get you started. *This class has a movement component so please wear comfortable athletic clothes and have at least 1 set of 5lbs weights. Mats and cushions are optional but HELPFUL.
