IN-PERSON Cardio/Strength Training or Tai Chi/Qi Gong Booster Schedule

  • Cardiovascular & Strength Training fitness Booster  OR Tai Chi/Qi Gong classes meet in-person in the exercise room at Garfield (5893 Copley Drive, 6th floor.)
  • Masks are required to join this class.
  • Please bring your own equipment as needed: yoga mat or beach towel, water, etc.
