Come to this one-hour information session where we provide information regarding the many weight loss support options available at the Positive Choice Wellness Center. There is no-fee and no obligation to join, just an opportunity for you to ask questions and learn about what is available. You will have an opportunity to schedule start-up medical appointments before and after the Information Session.
