Meal Replacement Weight Loss Program Orientation

• To enter the online orientation  click on the blue graphic in which ever internet browser you normally use on your device (except Internet Explorer which is not supported).

• Type in your FULL NAME as it appears in your medical chart.

• The system will then ask permission to test that you have a working mic and camera. Please click “Allow” for Blackboard to test that you have a working mic and camera to be admitted into class. Once inside the classroom only you can only you can turn on your mic and camera.

• It will then ask you if you want to do a tutorial, Decline the tutorials…we will help you once in class.

• If you can’t hear or lose sound, try refreshing your page or log out and back in as this almost always fixes the issue. For tech help click HERE

At the orientation you will receive the password to access the following forms to begin the Meal Replacement Weight Loss Program.

Click on the purple box and fill out the forms. Once you submit the forms, we will call you to schedule your start-up appointments.
