Motherhood stretches you in so many ways, why not stretch a little more and relax and rejuvenate while strengthening and toning your muscles?
Pre & Postnatal Yoga Classes gently guide you through breathing and yoga poses that improve strength and flexibility. You can experience:
- Reduced stress & anxiety
- Improved sleep
- Pain relief in your back or from carpal tunnel
- Reduced swelling in your legs
- Improved strength and endurance needed for childbirth
- Decreased risk of pre-term labor or birth complications
- Increased recovery postpartum
- Help maintaining a healthy body weight
You do not need to use your classes consecutively. Do some before and after your delivery. We welcome non-KP members too.
