This Maintenance Booster class is only for people who have participated in the Fasting Weight Management Program.

What problems can happen with your heart? How can you keep your heart healthy?

Todays Booster class is with Kari McCloskey, at 9:30 to 11 am at the Positive Choice Integrative Wellness Center.
