New Simple Yoga Class Starts Tonight

Using gentle poses practice deep breathing and meditation while stimulating your muscles to increase strength and flexibility. If you are new to yoga, Simple Yoga will lead you through gentle yoga positions using the aid of the wall or chairs. Eight, one-hour classes: $72
