Many of us are all too familiar with mindless eating in front of a TV, in a car, at the movies, etc. What many of us have either forgotten or never learned is how to sit down, relax, and mindfully enjoy our food. This seminar explores how stress habit, and our feelings about food effect what and how much we eat. Angela Storck-Petersen RD, will cover steps to learning how to use your inner intuition to guide your food choices.
