Many of the common diseases in the United States are preventable, treatable and possibly reversible using a whole-food, plant-based nutrition plan. Significant health benefits can be gained from choosing most or all of your food from plant sources. Come learn about the power of plants with Angela Storck-Petersen MPH, RD, as she covers an overview of the research and gives helpful tips on improving your diet and health through the healing properties of plants.
