This Maintenance Booster class is only for people who have participated in the Fasting Weight Management Program.

Take stock: how are you doing mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally? Personal Gols for 2017 – Review, review and regroup as you set your goals.

Todays Booster class is with Nancy Coto, at 5 to 6:30 pm and at 7 to 8:30 pm at the Positive Choice Integrative Wellness Center.
