Coach Lizzy Kemp Salvato, MS, a National Race Walking team member, 1992 Olympic Trials race walking qualifier, and exercise physiologist, will speak on how to revamp your current walking routine into a race walking routine that will help you burn more calories and develop greater body and cardiovascular strength. Come dressed to
exercise and wear good walking shoes.
