These current times are enough to push us all to our limits. But despite the storm that swirls around us, we can learn to calm our inner spirit. Practice breathing and mindfulness techniques that help restore your spirit and give you legs to dance in the rain. Carissa Fish MS will help you learn about the basics of practicing mindfulness, and practical tools for integrating this beneficial habit into your busy life. This class is offered online only.
