Living Well With Osteoarthritis

For Kaiser Permanente Members only

Thursdays, 9:30—10:30 am (in 2024)

Tuesdays 2-3:00 p.m. (starting in 2025)

An 8-session online program where you will learn healthy lifestyle habits, nutrition, increase function, and emotional well-being to manage osteoarthritis. Join anytime!

  • Cultivate habits to create a stronger, healthier you.
  • Connect with others who want to reclaim their health and mobility—don’t go it alone.
  • Change the way you eat, sleep, move, and think.
  • Learn the way of eating and try new recipes for success.
  • Incorporate sustainable fitness routines in your daily life.

Each 60-minute session will include a dose of movement, mindfulness, connection, and content for creating a healthier happier you.
