Ready for the next level of your program?

Join BLAST to continue your meal replacement program while engaging in a weekly group fitness class. Develop a cardio, strength, and stretching program that works for you!

About BLAST:

  • Each session package includes 8-weekly classes
  • BLAST is open and accessible for all fitness levels and abilities. Inform your instructor of any accomodations needed.
  • Class will include a group check in followed by cardio, strength training (body weight, dumbbells, bands), balance, and yoga stretch.  Modifications will be included for anyone exercising from a chair.
  • Conversations about mindfulness, nutrition, exercise, and long-term weight management strategies are included.

Time and Location: Every Wednesday from 11 am-12:30 pm at Garfield Specialty Center (on the 6th floor in the Positive Choice fitness room)

Cost: Your weekly fee of $185 applies if you are active in the meal replacement program. If you are no longer using meal replacements and prefer to pay for the class only, the cost is $360 for a session package of 8-weekly classes ($45/class; option to split payment into 2 payments of $180)

Registration: Inform your meal replacement program instructor, they will facilitate your class transfer. Class is limited to 15 people. Registration is required, a waitlist will apply when the class is full.
