Your Program Requirements
As part of your program, be sure to complete these tasks:
- Order your meal replacements every two weeks before 12:00 p.m. on your class day (if you don’t, your order will arrive late). You are still charged your full weekly fee, even if you don’t place an order.
- Connect your Bluetooth scale and upload your weekly data by 12:00 p.m. on your class day. Do not upload more frequently.
- If you are required, upload your blood glucose and/or blood pressure data weekly by 12:00 p.m. on your class day.
- Visit your nearest KP lab for lab draws every two weeks.
