Plant-Based Cooking Classes
The Positive Choice Integrative Wellness Center hosts plant-based cooking classes to help you learn more about plant-based cooking and eating. Each class provides cooking demonstrations, tastings of delicious recipes, and educational content that includes using plant-based eating to boost health and immunity, enhance your gut health and microbiome, as well as reduce inflammation throughout the body.

Plants for Life is a 2-hour workshop for KP members. There is no fee to attend and light refreshments will be provided. Learn the science behind a plant-based lifestyle, gain practical tips and recipes that you can start immediately to improve your health.
