When life is at its busiest, it can be a challenge to set aside time for self-care. Connect with a mindfulness coach for sessions incorporating guided mindfulness and relaxation practices, coaching around stress management, and support creating a self-care plan you can carry into your daily life. Appointments are conducted virtually, and are customized to suit your individual wellness needs.

First and foremost, my mindfulness coach is wonderful at what she does! She has been working with me on breathing techniques and meditation so that it’s easy for me to stop, evaluate & address the stressors and triggers in my life! My main take away from this experience is that ‘I’m not broken’, many people suffer from the same daily issues that I do and it IS possible to use my own actions to make peace with life.
