This 15-week class is designed to support you on your weight-loss journey and cultivate a healthy life at peace with food and your body. The class is divided into three 5-week modules to progressively build your health skills while supporting you through your GLP1 journey. 

To enroll, you must have previously enrolled in Healthy Balence. >Schedule Healthy Balance

These classes are for education purposes only for people already on the injectable weight loss medications. If you are looking to get started on the medications, please contact your PCP.

Making Peace with Food

Mondays  4-5:30 p.m.; Online

Would you like to discuss challenges, celebrate progress, and explore tools to cultivate a positive relationship with food, mind, and body? 

The Making Peace With Food Group is a compassionate space dedicated to fostering understanding, growth, and healing in your relationships with food and yourself. Our meetings are a time for us to come together, share experiences, and support one another. We aim to create an environment where you can feel heard, understood, and free to express yourself without judgment. >Schedule now

JAM (Joy and Movement)

Mondays 5-6:00 p.m.; Online

Plan to move your body for 30 minutes and then stay for a 30 minute Q&A session on fitness related topics. Open and accessible to all. Suitable for anyone preparing for surgery or post-surgery. >Schedule now

4-part Strength Training Series

In person  at the Garfield Specialty Center

Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 (start dates: July 8; Sept 2; Oct 28) >Schedule evening session now 

Tuesdays 9-10:00 a.m. (start dates: June 10; Aug 5; Sept 30)  >Schedule morning session now

Ready to start a strength training program but don’t know where to start? Attend these 4-sessions in our Positive Choice gym and you’ll be on your way! You should be prepared to exercise each session. Note: class alternates between evening and morning start dates every 4 weeks. Space is limited, you may only schedule one, 4-session series at this time. Available for post surgery patients. Due to strict participant caps, this series must be booked online (not over the phone).

We offer a variety of workshops, classes, and support groups throughout the month to address trending topics and build your wellness skills. These classes are both online and in-person.
