Bariatric surgery is a lifelong journey. Everyone experiences challenges and many need support getting back on track. If you’ve experienced weight re-gain, are challenged by vitamin deficiencies, need a refresher on post-op dietary recommendations, or generally want support from others in a similar situation, this is for you! This is a judgement-free zone for anyone who is seeking advice, support, or just a safe space to share your struggles.
