Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery Information Session

Are you considering bariatric surgery at Kaiser Permanente? The first step is to attend a mandatory orientation information session held weekly on Tuesdays at 6pm (in English) and the 2nd Thursday of the month at 4 pm (in Spanish). Call 858-616-7722 or self-register here. 

If you live outside San Diego, you must contact your local health care team (primary care or specialist) to assist you with the appropriate referral to your local Options program.
