First Few Months After Bariatric Surgery (Wednesday Session)

The first few months (or year!) after surgery can be challenging and requires special support to help you during the transition. This group will help you as you adapt to the many changes one typically experiences post-surgery. Appropriate for anyone in their first year after surgery. No fee. Post op members only. A similar service is also offered in Spanish.
Groups are offered Mondays at 6:00 p.m. and Tuesdays at 12:00 p.m and Wednesdays at 4 p.m.. If these times do not work for you, consider our Nutrition & Support Group.
