Weekly Weight Loss online
It works simply; click-in at your class day and time to participate. You see the group facilitator and the blackboard – but no one will be able to see you. You can ask questions and share comments with the facilitator and your classmates. The classes are one hour and meet for 16 sessions.
Weekly sessions include education on healthy nutrition, fitness, stress management, mindfulness, and behavior modification. We encourage a diet of whole unprocessed, nutrient dense foods that aid weight loss and disease prevention.
No Fee for Kaiser Permanente members.
To participate you need ….
- A device that you can connect with — laptop, computer, smartphone, tablet, etc. that has a microphone and camera
- Internet connection and one of these browsers:
