VIRTUAL WELLNESS SEMINARS
Positive Choice offers free wellness seminars on various wellness topics. The schedule of topics and link to attend may be viewed here
Positive Choice hosts weekday workouts Monday through Thursday on Facebook™ and Instagram™. Workout schedules and directions on how to friend us on social media can be viewed here.
VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training is offered online. All that is required is an electronic device with a camera and microphone. $45 per session or packages of 3 for $120. Call 858-616-5756.
VIRTUAL HEALTHY BALANCE PROGRAM
We offer a 16-session, Weight loss and diabetes prevention Healthy Balance Program. This online support group focuses on healthy nutrition, fitness, and mindfulness. Online programs are offered Monday through Saturday, and there is no fee for KP members. Call 858-616-5610 to get started.
VIRTUAL WELLNESS APPOINTMENTS
Individual, online, Wellness Appointments includes personal training and nutrition counseling, or a mindfulness appointment where a therapist leads deep breathing and relaxation skills helping to calm anxiety and fears. Wellness Appointments are customized to accommodate individual goals. Fee is $55 or $150 for packages of three. Call 858-616-5600 to get started.
VIRTUAL SLIM DOWN PROGRAM
Lose on a plan of two meal replacements a day combined with healthy food. Participation involves weekly, online sessions that include personal training and nutrition counseling: $350/month (includes 8 boxes of meal replacements and 4 individual coaching sessions.) Call 858-616-5600 to get started.
VIRTUAL MEAL REPLACEMENT PROGRAMS
