The coaches assess the member’s readiness and individual goals and then provide motivation and accountability through the mail (regular or e-mail) and every other weekly calls from their coach. There is no time limit on how long it takes for the member to achieve their goal and members may choose to work on as many of the topics, one-at-a-time, as they like.
