The Positive Choice Integrative Wellness Center hosts FREE seminars and workshops throughout the year. The seminars are open to everyone. You are welcome to participate even if you are not a member of the Kaiser Permanente health plan. All seminars are held at the Positive Choice Integrative Wellness Center unless another location is listed in the description. Too much sitting, too much stress, etc. can chronically tighten muscles in your back, neck, and shoulders. As you get older, this can lead to back problems and chronic pain. Christina Cooper will teach easy-to-do yoga poses that you can do sitting or standing at your desk, in front of the T.V., or anywhere. Learn how to loosen your knotted muscles and get the blood flowing. Colleen will cover massage techniques for hot spots. Come dressed to stretch and ready to relax, release, and rejuvenate.

If practiced regularly, the benefits include relaxation, a greater sense of calm, enhanced well-being, a more grounded feeling, and greater compassion for yourself and others.
