The Positive Choice Integrative Wellness Center hosts FREE seminars and workshops throughout the year. The seminars are open to everyone. You are welcome to participate even if you are not a member of the Kaiser Permanente health plan. All seminars are held at the Positive Choice Integrative Wellness Center unless another location is listed in the description. RECOVERY FROM ADRENAL EXHAUSTION

He will highlight some of the top vegan athletes and provide tips on using a plant-based diet to improve your athletic performance.
