Come to this one-hour information session where we provide information regarding the many weight loss support options available at the Positive Choice Integrative Wellness Center. There is no-fee and no obligation to join, just an opportunity for you to ask questions and learn about what is available.

San Marcos Medical Center, 2nd Floor, Conference Room B, Room 230, 1st Thursday of the Month at 5 pm.
