This Maintenance Booster class is only for people who have participated in the Fasting Weight Management Program.

Does when we eat matter? Learn the latest trends in nutrient timing and fasting.

Today’s Booster class is with Teresa Lee Balgos, at 5 to 6:30 pm at the San Marcos Medical Offices, Building 3, Second Floor, Room B.
