Full Food Healthy Balance Program
4510 Viewridge Ave, San Diego, CA 92123

In this program you lose weight on a high fiber, nutrient dense foods. Typical weight loss is one to two pounds a week. The Full Food Healthy Balance Program is a 16-session program. The weekly (1½ hr.) group meetings includes goal setting and motivation for mindful eating, behavior modification, and strength/flexibility training.

No fee for Kaiser Permanente Members
Non Members: 16-session program: $160

No walk-ins, you must pre-enroll.
