This Maintenance Booster class is only for people who have participated in the Fasting Weight Management Program.

Exploring alternate sources of joy in life that reduce the dependence on food as a primary pleasure source.

Todays Booster class is at 5 to 6:30 pm, at the San Marcos Medical Offices, Building 3, Second Floor, Room B.
