This Maintenance Booster class is only for people who have participated in the Fasting Weight Management Program.

Explore the principles of intuitive eating and how to develop a healthier relationship with food and self.

Today’s Booster class is with Angela Storck-Petersen, at 5 to 6:30 pm at the San Marcos Medical Offices, Building 3, Second Floor, Room B.
