Appetite vs Hunger: Physiological and Psychological Implications

This Maintenance Booster class is only for people who have participated in the Fasting Weight Management Program.

Review the physiological and psychological connection between actual hunger and hedonic eating as well as ways to practice self-awareness during meals.

Today’s Booster class is with Angela Stock-Petersen, at 5 to 6:30 pm at the San Marcos Medical Offices, Building 3, Second Floor, Room B.
