This Maintenance Booster class is only for people who have participated in the Fasting Weight Management Program.

Visualize how your want your life and health to look in 2020 and recommit to your goals. Shake off the holiday season and start fresh.

Today’s Booster class is with Carissa Fish, at 5 to 6:30 pm at the Bostonia Medical Offices.
