Graduates of the Fasting or Nutrition Weight Loss programs can attend Maintenance Booster classes. Booster classes are designed to support your weight maintenance efforts following weight loss and cover a variety of topics. Each class is two hours long and is offered in the morning and evening on a monthly basis.2-hour class, $25
