The Teen Weight Management Program is a medically-monitored, 15-week program designed for teens aged 15 to 19 using a full or partial fast weight loss plan. Teens meet weekly in a supportive group where they feel free to share their stories and concerns. Activities such as role-playing, creative writing, discussion, and visualizations are used to:


If you choose the full fast, all food is replaced with five liquid supplements plus a multi-vitamin and mineral supplement which provides complete nutrition (approximately 820 calories a day). The liquid supplement allows for safe weight loss while minimizing fatigue and hunger.
You must have 40 pounds or more to lose to qualify for the full fast.
If you choose the partial fast, you will take five liquid supplements plus one commercially or self-prepared meal, one piece of fruit, and a dark, leafy salad. This plan provides a structured daily intake of calories and fat in controlled portions (approximately 1,100 to 1,200 calories per day).
Once you reach your goal weight and have transitioned back onto full food, you will transfer to the individualized 5-session Maintenance program focusing on nutrition, fitness, and behavior modification.
