Your busy lifestyle doesn't have to leave you chronically stressed, fatigued, sick, or in pain. Quality living is about creating a balance between stress and relaxation. One technique that can help you chill out and regain a sense of balance is biofeedback.

With biofeedback, you practice deep breathing, meditation, and visualization while biofeedback equipment detects small changes in your body temperature and muscle tension. With practice, you can learn to recognize your body's stressed state and you will know how to voluntarily trigger your body's relaxation response.
