Ways to Explore
Physical wellness is the outward expression of emotional wellness. Your thoughts, beliefs, and inner dialogue influence your choices and eventually effects your health. Sometimes, if not always, the first step to making great physical changes requires a great inner exploration and change.

Creative Arts Therapy groups, facilitated by therapists, provide you with an outlet for interaction and discussion. Groups use exercises like writing, imagery, sketching, and role-playing as tools for emotional expression and healing.

The group focuses on self-discovery, improving communication skills, building relationships, enhancing self-esteem, and learning to experience difficult situations without relying on destructive habits for comfort.

Groups meet weekly for 10 weeks and each group session is two hours. Women's and co-ed groups are available.

If you are currently enrolled in a weight management program, you can use a Creative Art Therapy group to continue your weight loss efforts after your initial
15- or 20-week program.
