Free Wellness Seminars 2017

The Positive Choice Integrative Wellness Center hosts FREE seminars and workshops throughout the year. The seminars are open to everyone. You are welcome to participate even if you are not a member of the Kaiser Permanente health plan. All seminars are held at the Positive Choice Integrative Wellness Center unless another location is listed in the description. Learn a simple fun way to tone and strengthen your muscles without using complicated equipment or going to a gym. Fitness instructor Norma Solomon, BS, will show you how to get a complete strength training workout in the comfort of your home using weights and exercise bands. She will also demonstrate some exercises using exercise balls. Please wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes.
