Personal Training
If you want to see your body change and achieve real progress in your fitness, then workout with a personal trainer. Strengthen muscles to prevent or ease a physcial injury or workout to look great! Our fitness specialists will educate and motivate you through your transformation.

30-minute appointment: $45

Healthy Eating and Training (H.E.A.T.)
H.E.A.T. is a personalized program designed for people with smaller amounts of weight to lose. The program begins with a 1½-hour one-on-one appointment with an exercise and nutrition specialist and includes assessments of percent body fat, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and muscular strength. This assessment is followed by five individual exercise and nutrition training sessions with your specialist working on your specific fitness and weight loss goals. Additionally, you have the option of using up to two meal replacement supplements per day to facilitate weight loss (additional fees apply).

Exercise and Nutrition Consultations
Need help losing weight or just want a solid plan for health and weight maintenance? In this consult receive individualized care on developing a fitness/nutrition routine geared to reach your health goals. Or use it for personal training sessions with an exercise physiologist.
