Active Wellness
Know what to do but not doing it? Unfortunately it is easier to know what to do than to actually do it! That is why a supportive group, where everyone is trying to achieve the same goals, can be so motivating. Each 2-hour class includes 1-hour of exercise (cardiovascular training, weight training, and stretching) followed by a 1-hour meeting with your group for motivation and education on the many facets of wellness.12-week sessions: $420
